This week we’re turning the spotlight on the man behind the magic — our Musical-Director, Joe! 💥 ![]()

Whether he’s guiding us through harmonies at rehearsal or inspiring us on stage, Joe brings energy, humour and heaps of heart to everything we do. ![]()

But there’s a lot more to Joe than waving a baton…![]()

🎭 When he’s not conducting us, Joe is:![]()

🎤 Teaching singing and piano (and making it look easy!)![]()
🎼 Helping people crack the mysteries of music theory![]()
🎭 Working with local theatre groups on fabulous productions![]()
💜 Bringing joy to everyone at Rosemary and Time, at a much-loved music group supporting people affected by dementia![]()

🚢 He spent years performing on cruise ships (with real-life standing ovations!)![]()
👋 Has a degree in British Sign Language and worked as an interpreter![]()
🎭 His one true love? Musical Theatre, of course![]()
🍷 Known to enjoy a cheeky red wine or gin (sometimes both…)![]()
🏴 He was born in Paisley, just outside Glasgow![]()
🎤 Performed in both the Good Housekeeping Choir of the Year and BBC Choir of the Year 2010![]()
🕺🏼 Was once part of a championship Latin American Formation Dance Team (yes, really!)![]()
🛁 Started making bath bombs and whipped soaps during lockdown—and they’re honestly divine![]()

From musical brilliance to bath-time bliss, Joe is the real deal — and we are SO lucky to have him. ![]()
